Namasya IVF: Outdoor Hoarding Design
Namasya IVF and Woman's Hospital needed a high-impact outdoor hoarding that could communicate a sensitive, emotional message clearly and boldly to thousands of people passing by every day.
Overview
Namasya IVF is a fertility and women's healthcare hospital in Surat. They came to us with a clear goal: design a large-format outdoor hoarding for a free IVF check-up camp that would stop people in their tracks, build trust, and drive appointment calls.

Designing for a healthcare brand in a public outdoor format comes with its own set of constraints. The message had to be warm and hopeful, not clinical. It had to work at billboard scale on a busy road, readable at speed, in both Gujarati and English. And it had to build instant credibility for the doctor and the hospital.
01
Challenge
The hoarding needed to communicate a free camp offer, a doctor's credentials, contact details, and an emotional message, all without feeling cluttered or cold on a large outdoor format.
02
Solution
We designed a bilingual hoarding anchored by a bold Gujarati headline that translates to "The feeling of motherhood, with Namasya." The layout used a warm pink palette to evoke care and trust, paired with the doctor's photograph for credibility, clear contact numbers for direct response, and a prominent "Guaranteed IVF Package" badge to address a key audience concern.
03
Result
The hoarding was installed across key locations in the Pal and Adajan areas of Surat and ran during the camp period, driving appointment inquiries directly to the hospital.

What Made This Special
This wasn't just a poster. It was a piece of communication designed to reach families who had perhaps been putting off a difficult conversation. Getting the tone right, hopeful, credible, and clear, was just as important as the visual design itself.
